Why you're here

Someone you know sent you this. That's better than a testimonial.

There are no testimonials from strangers on this page. You don't need them.

Someone who knows you, and whose judgement you trust, sent you this link. They're already using the Video Machine on their own footage. They wouldn't put their name next to it if it didn't work.

ToYou

That's not a review from someone you've never met. That's their word.

I won't tell you who it was. But you can ask them what it's done for them.

Sound familiar?

You've got more to say than you'll ever post.

$3–5k

a month to an agency or editor.

You get eight or ten reels back. You wait days. You send notes. They send it back. Repeat.

1

keynote, podcast or webinar sitting on a hard drive.

Your best material, recorded and paid for, and nobody has ever seen it.

2

hours on a Sunday night, alone in an editing app.

For one video. That you don't even like.

Meanwhile, someone with half your experience is posting every single day. The comments are full of your ideal clients.

You're the best in your market, and nobody can see it. Being the best-kept secret in your industry isn't a compliment. It's costing you clients every week.

It's not you

It's the editing bottleneck.

It's not your ideas. It's not your time on camera. It's not that you're "not a content person."

You can record ten videos in an hour. A human editor takes hours on each one. Editors get tired. They get busy. They go quiet. They cost a fortune.

So, without realising it, you ration your best ideas to fit what your editor can handle.

That's the bottleneck. No amount of discipline fixes it. A machine does.

Why now

AI is coming for every feed. Be the human in it.

Every market is about to be flooded with faceless, AI-made content. Most of it slop. All of it loud.

At the HighLevel summit, Gary Vaynerchuk said he's posting around 600 pieces of content a day, and that he's "nowhere." His target for next year: 10,000 a day.

Now · per day600pieces of content, and he's "nowhere."
Next year · per day10,000His target.

You don't need 10,000. But the owners who stay front and centre over the next few years will be the prolific ones: 20, 30 pieces a week, on every platform. Real faces. Real ideas.

Post twice a month and you won't just fall behind. You'll be invisible.

The one thing AI can't copy is you. Your face, your voice, your stories, your judgement.

A 45-minute keynote went in. 57 videos came out.

22:00One push

A 45-minute keynote: one speaker, one stage, a full slide deck. I pressed one button and went to bed.

06:30Done

A finished YouTube video, transcribed, with karaoke captions, branded and colour graded. The full slide presentation dropped in at exactly the right moments, placed from the script alone. I didn't place a single slide.

06:31And then some

19 raw clips worth using on their own, turned into 57 finished videos across three templates. Ready for reels, feeds and YouTube.

06:36Reviewed

I watched it at double speed with a coffee. Four small changes. About five minutes. Roughly 98% of it, I didn't touch.

Years of scripts. Hundreds of edits. One machine.

$10M+ in ad spend behind my ad scripts

My ad scripts have run across more than $10 million in ad spend and hundreds of client campaigns. I've built video and content teams for my own businesses and for clients for more than a decade.

When DaVinci Resolve could finally be driven by AI, I started writing down everything I know: every cut, every caption rule, every template, every script structure. Then I tested it, broke it and rebuilt it on real client work, again and again, until it edited like a pro.

The result: the work of an editor's week, done overnight. And it doesn't get tired, doesn't go quiet, and doesn't send you an invoice.

Built for owners who are the brand.

This is for you if

✓You're the face of your business: you speak, teach, sell or lead
✓You've got more recorded than you've ever posted
✓You want to be the authority in your market, not a TikTok star
✓You'll record. You just don't want to edit, or wait on someone who does

This isn't for you if

✕You won't record anything
✕You want to be told it's effortless (it's not; it's just fast)
✕You're buying it to sit in a folder. Twenty spots go to people who'll use it.

The full stack

Inside the Video Machine.

01

Video Studio: my complete editing capability

My whole video brain as one installable capability. Every video type and every shape, short and long. It learns your brand once and edits everything on brand from then on. Runs with Claude on your own computer, with DaVinci Resolve for long form.

A good editor charges around $2,000 for one polished long-form video. Ten of those is $20,000, and the machine doesn’t stop at ten.

Value $20,000
02

The Cut List: 35 named templates

Motion-graphic templates for reels, feed, square and YouTube. Say “use R08” or “make this in Halo” and it does. Don’t like the colours? Tell it. It works to your brand, so you don’t need a designer or a motion graphics artist.

A motion graphics designer charges thousands for one custom template pack.

Value [$3,000]
03

The Scroll-Stop Script Engine

My 4Ws ad-script method (Who, What, Why, What’s Next). It interviews you about your business and writes scripts that stop the scroll, plus extra hooks to test. Proven across $10 million in ad spend in some of the most competitive niches there are: insurance, law, real estate, home services and coaching. And it works whenever you need it.

A decent copywriter charges $1,000–$2,000 for one good short video script. This writes them all day.

Value $2,000
04

The Sales Story Engine

The VSL writer that wrote the video on this page. It finds your ideal client, builds the story, writes the teleprompter script and hands it straight to the editor. I’ve used it again and again.

Some of the greatest, most famous copywriters charge $20,000 and up, plus royalties, for one VSL. Even at a quarter of that, it pays for itself.

Value $5,000

The honest costs

$0 a month to me. Here's everything else you'll need, upfront:

■A Claude plan. You may already have one.
■Short form and ads run on free tools.
■Long form needs a one-off DaVinci Resolve Studio licence, around US$295.
■A computer. Mac or Windows.

Picture this

From best-kept secret to the obvious choice.

Month 022 months

It's Monday morning. You recorded one video last week. This week, fifteen posts are going out with your brand, your face and your ideas. You didn't open an editor once.

Month 066 months

Your last keynote isn't on a hard drive. It's fifty videos, still working for you. Clients walk into calls saying, "I feel like I already know you." You've cancelled the agency.

Month 1212 months

AI has flooded every feed, just like we said. And you're the one real face your market sees every day. You're not the best-kept secret anymore. You're the obvious choice.

Questions

Before you ask.

I'm not technical. Can I do this?

Yes. The setup guide walks you through every step, my walkthrough video shows you, and if you get stuck I'm in the WhatsApp group.

What do I need?

A computer (Mac or Windows), a Claude plan, and for long form, DaVinci Resolve Studio (one-off, around US$295). Short form and ads run on free tools.

I already have an editor. Why would I need this?

Keep them for the special projects. Let the machine do the volume, and stop rationing your best ideas.

Do I have to be on camera?

For most videos, yes. That's the point: you're the one thing AI can't copy. It also edits screen recordings, slides and voiceover.

How long until my first video?
Setup is a one-time install. After that:
  • Long form: start it in the morning, make a few changes, and it's finished the same day. Or start it at night and it's done by breakfast.
  • Short form: ten finished videos in a day is normal.
Is there a monthly fee?

Not to me. Your only ongoing cost is your Claude plan.

What happens after the three months?

You keep everything, including all updates, forever, plus access to my Alan's Brain AI for questions.

Can I get a refund?

No. This is a beta and you get everything the moment you pay. Only join if you're going to use it. I'd rather have twenty people who use it than a hundred who don't.

Will there be more spots?

Not at this price, and not with this level of access from me.

Who sent me this?

Someone who's already using it. Ask them what it's done for them.

A note from Alan

I built the Video Machine because I was sick of the editing bottleneck myself. Great recordings sat on drives. Good ideas never got posted.

Now I record and go to bed, and the machine does the rest.

I'm opening it to twenty people first, because I want to get this right with you personally before anyone else gets it. If you're the kind of owner who does the work and you're done being the best-kept secret in your market, I'd love to have you in.
